    When I photograph TBs for CANTER I stand opposite the hip as well. Experiment with it sometime and compare how the pics turn out. I have found that I get a more accurate proportion across from the hip, but that's just my experience. YMMV

    All of my horses have been adopted and I don't have a web site yet. But two rules:

    1.) EARS UP! Everybody looks good with ears up and a pleasant interested look in the eye.

    2.) Limit the amount of noise in the background. Too many nice pictures have old tires and garbage in the back ground.
