    Default My DH's new horse!

While visiting a good friend's breeding farm a couple months ago my DH feel in love with one of the coming 2 year old colts. So after much debate he decided he wanted him and so now he is ours! His name is Samson and he is by Waldaire (Hann) out of an ASB mare.

    As a foal:

This is him at 5 months:

    At 17 months:

And this video was taken in December:

He will be two in April and is already over 16 hands so he is going to be huge!!

I just had to share my excitement!!

Forget the DH! I'd like to have a horse that nice!

Oh, well, congrats to him anyway!

He is gorgeous! And he looks sensible too.

I love ASB crosses. Good luck with him, I bet he will be lots of fun!

    He's lovely!

I did not know that ASB crosses could be branded Oldenberg, though! Cool!

Thanks so much for all of your positive comments! My DH is not entirely experienced with horses particularly not bringing along young ones so I will have plenty of time to enjoy him as well!!

Hey, I know him, I saw him when he was just a pup! Congratulations to you and your hubby.
