FTGH 20yr grade Appy mare, bay roan, 14.2 ish, approx 950#. Goes western, trail/road safe. Leads, ties, trailers, barefoot and sound, great for farrier and vet. Lives in or out with no problems or blanketing. Respects electric, easy keeper.
Needs work with standing for mounting, and is somewhat barn/buddy sour. Once you're on and get her moving away from home she's a dream to ride and safe for an advanced beginner. These issues improve with regular use.
Have had since August and just can't get my herd to accept her. She's miserable being kept apart from the others, but she just won't back off when they tell her to and was getting the stuffing kicked out of her. Still a LOT of life left in this girl. Has not been used since October.
Located in central NH. No indoor but there is a round pen if you want to brave the cold to try her. Willing to do 2 week trial to see if she fits in with your existing horse(s). Seems to do better with mares. You trailer.
