She is a GORGEOUS mare.

FREE TO A GOOD HOME....
Irish had been listed for sale, I have had limited responses and only one person has come out to see her. Irish's condition has minimally limited her ability and that is only with her jumping. PLEASE don't let her condition scare you off. She is a wonderful horse who needs someone who will ride her and give her a loving home.

Irish was diagnosed back in May of 2008 with a slight rotation to her front feet. Irish has been a very successful hunter horse consistently winning Grand or Reserve Champion at almost every show. Irish is a beautiful mover which always catches the judge's eye. Our vet stated she could still continue to jump, but would limit her jumping to 2'3 to 2'6, however, I would like to see Irish go to someone who is looking for a dressage prospect or a very nice pleasure horse. Irish has long floating gaits with a very nice extension and she has auto lead changes. She is a sweet horse who has a strong work ethic, always trying to please her rider. Irish won Reserve Grand Champion in the Hunter Pleasure Division at recent Horse Show 11/15/08. Irish requires minimal maintenance for her condition, she is shod on a regular basis (every 6 wks) with no special shoes and is given a biotin supplmnt along with a joint supplmnt. I will make available her medical records and x-rays. My daughter is looking to move up in jumping and Irish will no longer be able to continue with her. PLEASE give Irish a chance to show you how beautiful of a mover she is and what a wonderful partner she can be, you won't be disappointed. Irish is best suited for an intermediate rider.
