Well, after grooming, I match his dusty dark brown coat. Does that count?

I personally don't but I have a good friend that always matches her polo shirt or sweatshirt with her saddle pad. It's cute to see them match all the time but I'm just to lazy to take the effort to match my horse.

Ohhh I am one of those matchy types. I have a set of polos, saddle pads and shirts that all match. My shirts usually come from somewhere like Value Village becuase after buying those pads and polos, I can't afford a nice polo shirt!!

My favorite color is purple, so most of Montana's stuff and a large portion of my wardrobe is purple. Sometimes we match, and sometimes we don't, but it is never intentional.

I am lucky to be in somewhat CLEAN clothing after I groom. I can't get hung up on anything more complicated than that

Depends on what you mean... does everything on my horse match, or do I match my horse?

Everything he wears usually matches. Black bridle with crystal browband (silver things with blue and green crystals). Saddle pad.. currently using one with sage green embroidery. But I have plenty with some kind of lime green (his official color). Lime green bell boots. Black boots or black/lime boots.

I don't match him.. too much work, lol.

Well, I have ice blue rubber reins, an ice blue saddle pad, and ice blue rubber fillis pads for my stirrups. That's pretty matchy matchy for me. I can't be bothered to put clothes on to match all that. However, I do have many clothing items that DO match, just not usually stuff I wear at the barn

My horses colors are navy and burgundy (our conservative hunter colors) but my favorite color is purple so I have lots of that, I love the ice blue on my dark bay, then there are the black and white things that look classic on any horse (and what I mostly use on my chestnut as I can't get into the green on red look).

Seeing as how I mostly wear white or black shirts with jeans I potentially, at any moment in time, match my horse-just not the right horse at the right time

Yes, purple, and I sometimes (a lot of the time) coordinate with her.

    Every time, every ride.....

I never did have a pony to dress up....
So I match or co-ordinate to the saddle pad.....
Anything but pink , purple or teal.....

Desperately searching for a pale, buttery yellow pad.....

The lemon isn't exactly pale and buttery, but it's a pretty nice shade of yellow. At least it looks nice in the little picture in the catalog. Worth a shot for $15.

well, my horse usually matches, just not with me. My mare usually has matching saddle pad, polos(when she wears them) and ear net(in the summer) for english gear. When I use black endurance saddle, she has black rope reins, a green saddle pad and green sheepskin seat saver or black pad and black seat saver and black splint/galloping boots. About the only time I match her in a way is when I put on our Halloween gear. Here's a picture of us decked out for a costume class. http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3065/...0532823611.jpg

I must admit that I do occasionally pic outfits to ride in that will coordinate well with my horse. On just go-to-the-barn-and-trail-ride days I don't care, but for lessons I do. In the winter though it all goes to hell as I just try to stay warm. (:

I have white baby pads and polos. That's as matchy as I get.

Yes  I almost consider it an illness.

I do it with more than my horse though. Took my sociology professor in college to tell me that I was matching my coffee mug to my outfit...:really big blush:
