Default How cute is this- toy for kids 1-3 years

My employer has a rewards program where we can cash in spirit points and I was looking at the catalog to see what Nathaniel might like... at 3 months, he's got a little ways to go... but doesn't this look so cool!!!

    Anybody have one?

I've seen it advertised on TV --- heck with the learning part, it just looks like fun to ride!

Of course, I'm dying to find an adult-sized rocking horse that I can play on...

I see that commerical a lot on TV lately...must be a new toy. It's cute...hubby and I jokingly call it The Spit Up Machine, LOL!
Donkaloosa...when I was younger there was a store here in CT called Namco. In summer it carried pools, pool equipment, spas and patio furniture. Once fall set in the store was emptied every year and it was redecorated for Christmas with tons of decorated trees and very unusual toys. Every year they had a group of wooden rocking horses...from child sized to the tallest which was probably 16hh! Way cool...back then the biggest one was $1500.
    Anywho...check this guy's website out:

Big rocking horses...his carving is stunning! I'd display one of these in my house. Or watch TV from it, LOL!

Okay, how fun if Google? I'm finding all kinds of cool big rocking horse sites. Some of this workmanship is stunning!

Try a search, cool stuff out there!
    You jump in the saddle,
    Hold onto the bridle!
    Jump in the line!

hehe MK I saw the same thing.. but my daughter is at the top end of the age bracket.... My mom was eyeing it up on TV the other day.. I have a sneaking suspicion it will end up under the christmas tree. lol
If i'm posting on Coth, it's either raining so I can't ride or it's night time and I can't sleep.

Nathaniel is adorable! He definitely needs a rocking horse! How is Remi doing?

MB, I love the horses in the last link. I would love to have one of those for myself.

Remi adores Nathaniel. When we feed together or go out to the barn, Remi says, "Hi!" to Nathaniel first. Remi was injured Sept 15th... probably got kicked... left a nasty wound. So, Remi is in his own condo and has to have his leg wrapped. The vet was out Thursday and removed the proud flesh and roughed up the edges of the deeper area-- it wasn't re-attaching like it should. So, cross your fingers that it will re-attach and close now. She's thinking we're looking at at least another 8 to 10 weeks of wrapping. Poor boy! All in all Remi is being a pretty good sport about everything but he doesn't like having the inner wrap changed... can't blame him... I know it hurts.

    How are Bugs & Frodo?

Bugs is finally fat! YAY! They are at a barn a little farhter away but the lady who is there enjoys equine nutrition and Bugs did not seem to present a challenge to her to put weight on. Frodo is fabulous. Except for some work on his canter that NEEDS to happen (he grew again and was struggling with his balance at the canter there for a little while) he's probably working at a solid 1st level. He's hit about 16.3h now, surprisingly! They are doing well! Thank makes me VERY happy!

I'm so glad they're doing well! That is AWESOME that Bugs is fat! I know how much you've struggled trying to keep weight on her! Congrats on Frodo-- can you remember back to the time when him & Remi were just foals! Seems like such a long time ago!

These are so cool and I love, love, love the blanket you can put on your horse. Good for cooling out your pony after a nice ride. (I'm SO sewing a cooler for my daughter's rocking horse when she gets one!)
