We are searching for a "forever" home for a 13yo Sorrell Arab Gelding, 15.3h, (Sire: Dal Noir). I rescued him 10+ years ago from a farm dispersal in the mid west. We schooled him through 2nd level. He has been out of work for 2+ years now due to my chronic illness. He has tons of character and personality but needs someone to enforce his "boundaries". This is not a desperate situation, but we are in NY now and moving down south due to my illness, I would really love to see him go to a home who will appreciate him and bring him slowly back into work (rather than him being a pasture ornament !!) He has a real puppy dog personality and loves to play and for this reason, I would suggest that he not go to an extreme beginner - he will test the limits with such a strong personality, but for those of you who appreciate the Arab personality, hes got a good one !! Serious inquiries only with references please. As I said, this is not desperate, but I do need to do whats best for him and he definately needs a job !!
