Yes, and a report just came out that Russia is ramping up their nuclear weapons program again.

My family has a long tradition in the military as well. It makes me sad to hear people Monday-morning quarterbacking the military based soley on an observation made from one nearby base. The U.S. military is the most powerful military the world has ever known. If you think you know about what the military is using by watching a B52 fly around, you are sorely mistaken.

I also get sick and tired of hearing about compassion or those saying that Americans don't have it. Nobody in the world is as compassionate as Americans are. We are the ones who are rushing all over the world to aid natural disaster victims. We out give any of those "socialist" "compassionate" european nations and we can include Canada in those that we "outgive". When 9/11 happened, the aid to the U.S. from those compassionate countries was little to nil. Go ahead and pat yourselves on your backs and say how your countries are able provide such wonderful services and how America doesn't. But Americans spend a good bit of what could be used to provide our own people those services if we weren't so busy being "compassionate" to people buried alive in earthquakes & drowning in typhoons. Euorpean socialists & canadians, why don't you put your money where your mouth is and start stepping up to the plate? Then we'll see how well you fund all those services you seem so holier-than-thou over.

said well. and I too am sick to death of liberals (or others) who scream 'racist' whenever someone just plain disagrees with or doesn't like Mr. Obama...aren't they the ones who claim to be color blind?
check out the unemployment rates online for the world's countries...and the individual tax rates...I did...and I'm not moving too soon...we aren't perfect...but there is no more perfect place (except lolling about on a beach on a deserted tropical isle!)
we will be fine, the horses will keep selling (maybe not for as much, kind of like the r.e. market) optimism is always more productive that negative attitudes..

Bush doesn't want birth control information made available, he thinks teenagers will abstain if they are told to remain virgins until they get married.

Those teenagers didn't get pregnant because they needed information on birth control. They...were looking for a sperm donor.

Though the thread is still talking about "breeding," it's definitely not horse-related.

    Time to close this one.

    Thanks,
