Question Any other 2008 Sempatico babies?

    Hello Everyone,
Just joined the group and was wonder if anyone else had/is having a Sempatico baby this year? I'm, well my mare is expecting in May. She is a granddaughter of ArtDeco. Just curious to see any pictures of other Semaptico babies from this year!
    Cheers!

Mine is due the end of April And I just signed up for another breeding. Meanwhile, we had our first colt of the year just a few days ago. Here are a few pics of him in his first day. He is 3/4 Friesian, 1/4 Art Deco lines:

My mare is due the end of April. If you look on the coth foals 2008 thread there has been one filly born already this year. There is a webpage with pics and if you go to the S page you can see who is expecting and who has been born. Good luck!

I don't have a Sempatico foal on the way, but our first foal by our Semaptico son Duncan was born last Friday. This was an oops baby out of my Appaloosa mare (we had not planned on breeding to him until this summer) but the foal is a lovely pinto like his dad and shows some Appaloosa characteristics as well... interesting to say the least.

I think Sempatico puts excellent movement and temperament on his get, I hope all of you have the same good fortune we have had with his foals!

I've got two coming--one supposedly at the end of this month, although I don't think she's going to last that long, and one in the middle of June.

I'd love to see photos of your Sempatico stud colt. I'm raising a possible stallion prospect son of Sempatico myself--mine is only a yearling though(although already VERY interested in the ladies )

Default We have our first of the season!

And thankfully uneventful, unlike our start to the season.

He's really pretty, so pretty in fact I thought he was a filly and double checked the plumbing! He's super spunky and was running laps around mom just an hour after birth. Very pleased with him and am waiting on another any moment now.

A friend in Norco had her third one very early this morning. About 50-50 color and BIG.

    Same dam for all three.

He's stunning Liz! Congrats! Did she just foal today, on her exact foaling date? That is so cool!

What a sharp looking felly he is!!! You can tell he already has a great presence to himself and will turn heads when he enters the room. Congrads!!!! We are getting close to Nova having her Sempatico baby. Past 3 nights have been nuts with her. Up and down, up and down, streatching, her milk is in and VERY full, she is waxing and ph is dropping, calcium is 300+. So hopefully soon I'll be posting pics!! happy and safe foaling on the rest of the gang!
