I hope your friend is smart enough to send a Bill of Sale for buying the horse "as is" and no warrenties etc for the exact amount she accepted. Let the trainer's get their money from the buyers.

Funny, clearing up some papers the other day I found my old PPE report for Norman. What a joke....still can't believe I paid for that codswallop....

So it is Friday,finally.... just as predicted by many...The vet check shows problems ,and price is further negotiated down. If the x rays were as bad as they sound ,I wouldn't have bought the horse. But then again ,after seeing the pics of the girl riding,I am not sure there is another horse around which won't kill her .Probably why they couldn't find one in Florida in the first place. If she doesn't improve she probably doesn't have more than a couple of years jumping in her either.

I can't believe that this people spent almost 2 months to try to the horse and are willing to buy him with a very crappy vet check. It just doesn't make sense ...

If I was buying a horse for my daughter to show the hunters, calcification of the ankles would be a deal breaker. And trust me, I have bought my share load of horses with less than stellar vet check, ... but that one would be a no, no ... I don't get this people.

Let me get it straight. They want to buy a horse, but refuse to go to fly to see him.

Try him over a very long period of time because they want to be sure, sure, sure that it will be the right horse.

They take him to a show and it's a disaster, the horse refuse and don't finish his classes and teh kid can't ride him. (Red flag)

He has a very bad PPE, and they still go ahead ?

It just doesn't seem right

To the buyers: Shame on you. You have totally taken advantage of a kid trying to sell a horse. You have utilized nearly every "stall" tactic available while utilizing the horse. I guess if you're a true capitalist, you've just done good business for yourself, but once anyone figures out who you are and what you've done here, you'll be hard pressed to find a seller in the future who wants to deal with you. Too bad for your kid, who is probably completely clueless.

To the trainers: Shame on you! Shame on you! thing one and thing two. You KNEW what you were doing, shame shame on you! You took advantage, you swindled and dealed, you did shady things and you screwed up the deal. You ought to bury your heads in sand oh so deep! A conscience like yours? Oh, my own heart would weep! Good luck in the future! Good luck you will need it! All who you know who are reading this shiznit? THey'll never trust you, and good! As they shoudn't! No trust anymore to thing one and thing two.
