I go with Powerball! My thoughts...someone who has read this thread went to the show, saw "T" being a saint and having known the pricing and horrible epic saga, made the owner an offer that was higher than these people's and still lower than the original amount she wanted.

Or, perhaps it's the "trainers" that are feeling the heat (again because some of their clients have figured out what's what), and who have put pressure on the "buyers" to finalize the deal.

My bet is that the "buyers" have scraped together some cash, but are making a lowball offer (at least initially) just to see if it will fly.

So after needing to wait until 1-18 to vet the horse, they suddenly on 1-17 decide screw the PPE & are going to buy??? WTF? They could have done that 5 weeks ago. Something happened here....

OMG y'all... I'm only telling you what my voicemail said. My friend called at 6:30 this morning, and I ASSURE you, there was no way in hell I was picking up the phone.... so all I have is a voicemail to go by...

And the voicemail said this:

"WAKE YOUR ASS UP! T IS SOLD! I want to talk to you! I get out of school at 3, I'll call you then!"

The problem? Shes in school (student teaching) till 3, I'm in school till 5:30 with a half hour drive home.

I guess you'll have to mull over that until 6!

Just know, COTHers, that when my alarm when off, I only hit snooze ONCE, and then ran out here to type this before I even let the dogs out OR went to the bathroom myself. AND its my day off. Plus, I still have that crusty morning goo in my eyes.
