    There's a BIG difference between what you might need/want by WHERE the discs are. In your case: the L5/S1 disc is the bottom of your spine and takes all the weight so concentrate on decreasing...

    I suggest Loudoun Hunt as a good first hunt experience if you live in that area especially. Just up the road!
    Also Loudoun Hunt West would be good too!
