"Get that stupid water bottle away from me!" Ha!!!
Loved it! And soooo glad to see you back on course :)
You? Not a chance :D
I agree that there is definitely a kick-on culture in the sport: eventing attracts a certain gritty textured personality to begin with and then the toughness just...
These are some snippets from the "how tough is too tough" thread, and they got me thinking (and I'm not agreeing or disagreeing with any of them, just using them to prompt a discussion):
I think I'll go to the local brewery, run up a huge tab, then justify sneaking out because the bathroom was out of toilet paper . . .
Seriously, OP, if you are legitimate in your question then...
That is a beautiful video :)
He's "totally" faking injury to get with the ladies :D
I'm having a hard time imagining a V shaped ditch. Do you mean it narrows as it deepens? Or is it an actual V shape on the ground?
I'll be there with Cottonpickinwabbit, so I'm curious as well.
I will say that I've been to that venue 3 or 4 times and always felt like the footing was decent.
Ugh, kids these days. Too busy on their phones to nump and fing. So dreary.
Maybe Reed will repost his photo of sunshine coming out his butt.
Numping, finging, canoeing ......so much COTH, so little time
Maybe a crayola wielding trainer with house guests will...
In addition, all M&M candy pieces must be organized by color and any defective pieces featuring a W must be disposed of.
Too many Connemaras . . . . pssshhhhttt! I was also on the Arty bandwagon and I like the youngster as well.
BTW, that jumper course looked super fun (and you guys were awesome), where is that?
I guess I'll be odd man out. For your goals you are buying 2 things: a good mind and a sound body. Almost any horse can go Novice, even Training, with a good mind and a bit of education.
I love Zizi's expression, what a little athlete!
I bought one recently and I really like it. The "regular" cotton piping is sewn in well, I don't think there will be an issue with fraying. The patent isn't really my thing and sparkly piping is all...
CHP is fantastic to their volunteers. The goodies at the CIC were awesome, and lunch was delicious. You should come down!
Great fun, thanks!!
Ooh!! Do you still have that old show folder that had me and my palomino on it? I'd give my right stirrup to have one of those, lost mine in the move :(
Those were fun times. I did my first "away"...
I remember those days as well! I seem to recall racking up some sweet triple digit scores
The competitor party was always a fun way to end the day, stabling was great, little trial sized...
I wouldn't buy a horse with that sort of stipulation in the contract, it would feel intrusive and "strong arming". However, a pleasant sales transaction between nearby barns certainly invites a...
Mine is in production as we speak. I'll post pics as soon as it's finished (probably Saturday)
It takes a good bit of momentum to flip 1200 lbs. The rotationals I've seen happened with too much speed, not too little. I think if you come in really under powered you're more likely to climb...
Am I the only twisted mind that inserted cheesy porn music into that scene?
"Well, hello. You must be the plumber (wink wink). Hope you don't mind, but my boots are really, really dirty. They...
Precious. I want one :)
I'll just wait for the Jerry Springer episode.
"Zeus. You are ..........NOT the father!"
