Might be true? The paragraph is about citizen militias having a fighting power equal to that of Federal troops.
I believe the "invading forces" in that paragraph would have been the federal militia.

Nonetheless, those words "A well regulated Militia" can not be ignored. So I would ask, where's the militia and who's regulating it?
I can not remember where I read that women, after the age of 40, should expect to gain 5 lbs/yr unless exercise was increased and caloric intake decreased. Don't shoot the messenger, please.
