Agree with SaddleFitterVA - I've never had a vet not comply when I asked that a student not participate in a procedure if I wasn't comfortable with it.
I don't even know how to reply to this. Badgering people is not the way to get them to donate.
TC alter brag threads are *so* 2005.
I live about 10 miles nw of Harvard, well out of your commuting range. But I'll vouch that the whole area of the nw burbs is very horsey, and you'll never be far from shows or trails. Barrington is a...
I don't come around COTH much anymore, but I can't be the only one who thinks raffling off a live animal is a little oogy, right?
I was particularly annoyed by both announcers repeatedly calling Sal Dali Sally Dally.
I was recently in Saddler's Row on my great saddle quest. I was in the shop browsing for a good 30 minutes with no acknowledgement from anyone. It wasn't until I went searching for someone to help...
I have the Riding Sport jean breeches and I really love them. The waistband is nice and wide and comfy. They are sort of mid-rise, I wouldn't really call them low-rise. I think the price is...
Did you hear that? That was the sound of sarcasm flying right over COTHers' heads.
My next horse will come from either Tebogo or jleegriffith when the time comes! Great people, great horses, great programs.

Needs more CAPSLOCK AND !!!!!!!!
I was going to recommend Huntermark too. I am from Des Moines and we would always see them at the shows we went to. They always had nice horses and seemed like great people.
I feel like w should be allowed to have our red thumbs back on threads containing certain key words like "mandarino," parelli," or "jill burnell" among others.
Yay! Popcorn time!
Oh, to have that little red thumb again...
She means the call may be coming from inside the house...
If you're going to post under an alter, you should probably try to disguise your posting style.
OP, not sure where in the Midwest you are, but there are really nice shows at Maffitt Lake in Des Moines, IA, and the Midstates shows in Mason City used to be really nice as well.
My buffalo saddle is maybe the grippiest saddle I've ever ridden in. And it never really needed to be broken in. I've never regretted spending the extra money to get the buffalo leather.
In the photo of Kent on COTH's facebook feed you can see some awfully big studs in those shoes.
Also convenient: Ponies and Bows joined facebook only 23 hours ago!
I hope all you people that voted to get rid of the little red thumb are proud of yourselves.
