We have 5 12X12, 2 10X16 and 6 12X16, the 12X16 are wonderful not sure the extra 2' would make much of a difference. The 10X16 stalls are very comfortable too and feel much larger than the 12X12.
Metronidazole is the only thing that fixes our chronic squirter.
I would think at least 150K and more likely 200K. A lot would depend on how involved you get with grading, base and footing on the outdoor. Concrete, lighting, electrical, drainage for the wash...
Stop payment on your check, tell them to come get their crap.
Pretty sure Buck is not going to answer a question on Facebook about a video that should not exist.
I would be very specific about what happens with the next transfer of ownership. You don't want to end up with an unsellable "horse" property.
Personally, I would run away now.
Just go to cargurus.com and search.
8 individual ride times per day, only a few spots left.

Get the 72" mower, it won't be that much more.
That is going to put you in the 40+ HP range. Our 4720 will barely lift a 2K pallet on forks, a round bale is going to put a lot of weight out in front of the loader. Anything smaller is not going...
Also check into the type of vibration, there was a big difference in the two.
The $3,699 Theraplate is only 24" wide.
Ooops, I was thinking of Vitafloor. Still liked the Equivibe best of the three, made in USA. Ask them if they have any demo units.
We got an Equivibe and love it. Lifetime warranty to boot.
Parelli (sorry) used to sell a 22' yacht braid rope with a ring.
Cannot get Richard's site to open, but I would guess his ring rope would be similar.
Good diesel Excursions are hard to find, especially with the 7.3 motor. All going to be 10+ years old and probably a zillion miles.
Maybe the OP should get this trailer instead.
Creative attempts to win the Darwin award...
OK, I just wasted about 30 minutes perusing some fine mechanical improvements to common items...
Best part is you can keep your slide in camper too.
Ride one, pony one. Amazing how much you can get done. Changes your whole focus on riding.
What you really want to do is mount the ball on the tail gate.
Trevor just placed third in The Road To The Horse after winning the wild card spot. Limited rider spots still available.
