I am a pony hunter breeder. I love the mares that are 15.2 or 15.3. With my small ( 11.2) hand 1/2 welsh pony the babies make lovely large pony hunters!! Maybe search in that group.
I said "crush or melt" the tab. What I really should have said is to melt the tab with a bit of water using a 12 cc syrings. Takes about 6cc's of water. I use this method because I always know...
12cc syringe, crush or melt the tab. Add water. Put in mouth. No rocket science to it!!!
No help with the water tank, BUT I do remember County. ENjoyed his posts.
I agree with Randee. Same advice I would give:)

Just curious, or maybe I missed something......are we discussing ponies/horses that are headed to the show ring or those that are just pasture puffs?
You can fill out the form online and then email it to them so they get it right away. You still have time.
So, today is the day my computer picks to act up. Just as i start to watch something I am off line. Someone update me. Are all the races except the final one done now? Where do I see TODAYS...
Pony or Horse?
Why not just do a regular weaning. Baby stays in pasture with his buddys, mare goes into a pasture away from baby. I think the slow weaning sounds like a much more traumatic

As a long time user of the Chemetrics foal watch test kit I just wanted to say what good customer service they give. Had to order a new kit (two late foals this year), and it was a pleasure to deal...
Does anyone know the results regular medium model from this morning?
The show starts at 10am. today.
As a long time pony breeder I feel I should mention that 3 months is prime time for a baby to get Rhodococcus (also called foal pneumonia), and first symptom could be resting and, or, sleeping more...
I don't remember getting banned, but spoken to quite often. Watching total disregard for these ponies and horses was beyond what I could imagine. I just quit watching. Now, understand, there were...
Thank you Laurierace for your post. I did watch marestare (as if i needed to with all the foals I have had at my farm)......got spoken to by I think Heather for speaking up when I KNEW either the...
My guess is 16.1 or maybe 16.2
And.....being a hunter (pony) person I am drooling over his great trot!!!
Absolutely normal!! :D
Box stall, leave both loose. Baby usually rests and sticks right next to mom. I have never had an issue.
What about Olive Oil?? Anyone use that?
