I have a Specialized Eurolight. It's adjustable and very light.
I'd register him. I sold a gelding as an endurance prospect based partly on bloodlines so people do care.
You need to clear this up with the trainer before trying to sell. Offer her a smaller amount and get a bill of sale. It doesn't sound like she cares too much for the $5k.
Such a strange and terrible accident. I'm sorry for her friends and family.
She's lovely. She's lucky to have you and I think you'll find her a blessing too. I've had my Arab X mare for 18 years now, since we were 16 and 17 :D.
Words are inadequate. I'm so sad for Tamara and her family.
Clearly, a Baja is the answer. I wanted one but they are hard to find. Is your Impreza a sedan? I have an Impreza wagon and it is a darn useful vehicle. I had a Tacoma, drove it into the ground...
My 94 Merhow was 3k a few year ago. Found it on Craigslist.
AA's can be up 75% TB and still show AHA. They're different than half-Arabs. Have you seen Laura Wood's horses? http://www.allanglos.net/
Since I can't sleep anyway, http://www.cowboybootshop.com/DoubleHBootShop/doubleh_dh1038.htm . It appears that it's just called an eight inch roper.
I'm a native Californian who rues the day I moved out here. I hate the weather. HATE it. Been here for almost eight years. I want to go home. We'll see if I can ever afford it.
Why, oh why, did I leave California? These pics make me downright homesick
I bought a Fleeceworks pad from this seller. Normal transaction, good product and all. Disappointing to read they're being so shady.
I have a Specialized. They're nice lightweight saddles. http://specializedsaddles.com/specialized-endurance-saddles-endurancesaddles-trailsaddle/

http://cgi.ebay.com/Endurance-Saddle-/120748634918?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item1c1d2df326 Solstice on ebay for a good price. I'd have bid myself if I hadnt gotten a Eurolight this week.
I have a Merhow that I like a lot. It's easy to load horses in and hauls nice.
You should plan on a couple of months of individual t/o. I usually buddy up the new horse to the most dominant horse in the group first before turning out the whole gang together. I guess I'd board...
I cannot believe anyone would so foolish as to deliberately separate these horses from their papers. I think it should be a crime, an actual criminal offense, to do that to any horse. I'm a...
Her bloodlines look fine but not uncommon. They're not a reason to breed her but aren't a reason not to either.
That appaloosa is freaking gorgeous. I love him, he reminds of a Breyer foal I had as a kid.
My eleven year old had a similar injury plus a break in the growth plate as a baby (ten years ago this month). Surgery wasn't an option because of the second break. Stall rest worked great. It's...
I had one live til thirty, barefoot or shod as needed, routine vet care, sometimes stall kept sometimes lived out, local hay and equine senior, blanketed in winter to make me feel better. We had her...
Lockemeadows (I believe that is her username) has a couple of Silvios. I remember her being very happy with them.
Just tell the barn owner the horse is imported from France.
