Looked it up and USEF GR1216.7 states "7. Subject to local law and contract requirements, any owner or trainer stabled on the grounds of a competition must be permitted to haul in hay, grain and...

I believe that if the shows are USEF rated then they must let you bring in your own shavings.

This is the only place I know of. My niece used to board a horse there.

This is so cool. The horses are so athletic. Has anyone here ever ridden one? Looks like a blast!

Never read it. Just one more way they waste the money we give them.
-
It'd probably be "X" rated.

No, NOT facing away. You have to stand 12ft in front facing the horse and repeatedly and wildly swinging the lead so you "clunk" your horse with the snap.:lol::lol:

Another vote for Mountain Horse. I love mine.

Another vote for New Holland. I love my TC30. Came with a bucket and I added a 6ft. Finish Mower. Very handy tractor and easy to use.

Not far from Berlin.
Very large breeding operation.

Arriat is a no go for me. I was burned twice on boots from them. Never again.
Cheap, made in China crap that Ariat charges a premium price for.

It is called "free market competition" and it happens all the time in all businesses.
Best advice is to take the high road as others have said. You never know, once the "bloom is off the rose" at...

I use the spray on stuff in the orange can as well. A little warm water and saddle soap works for me.

Thus far I have found the TV/Web video to be drab, uninspiring, boring, and generally uncreative.
Once again our sport has missed an opportunity to break out of the old mold and get really creative...

Are there other divisions at Arabian Sport Horse Nationals that do not require qualification?
-
So jumpers don't have to qualify anymore? Not really a National Championship for jumpers then is it? Just another horse show.
-
Jumper entries seem to get fewer and fewer every year. Is it just a matter of time before they do away with that division?

Le's be honest, you don't have to be much of an athlete to jump 2'6" to 3'6" hunter rounds.
One could argue that 4' + is where the real hunters are and where rider athleticism comes into play.

How about don't look at all.
I close my eyes about 4 stride outs and pray for the best. If we make it in the air, then I duck to the left and look down at the jump as we go over. Upon landing I...

Ledges is "land locked" so I don't think that they have any space at all to build another indoor.
One would think that the Chicago/South East WI horse market could support a real indoor show...

Not only vets, but trainers get "kickbacks" from farriers and tack shops as well.
It is a conflict of interest. How can a trainer have any objectivity if they are getting a "kickback" from the...

I don't but I see many of the stables I visit use these. http://www.woodfloorsplus.com/product.php/BTTTackWood1
Nailed the along the top side of plank or along the length of rails. Called a...
