Can anyone give a recommendation on gloves for the barn and riding that are waterproof, warm and not bulky? I know that's kind of a tall order.
Any suggestions are great!
What in the world did the person order???? All the saddles?
That just ponies fb page is great. I've purchased and sold on there and it's a busy page.
Mine are holding up well, for my needs. They've got a nice worn in look and they're very comfortable. They haven't dropped much. Again, just my personal experience. They're really soft and good...
My daughter was up 2-3 times a night until she was 8 months, and then we let her cry it out. It was a very hard two days but it worked. After that she slept through the night. She is now a very...
Its concerning. Hope I never get in trouble with the law!
^ I agree about horses turned out 24/7 are less likely to act crazy, but I think her BO is saying that changing to day turnout will make them nuts vs. night turnout.
Maybe they don't run crazy at...
Ah! I saw those, they are really cute. They're on my short list.
Ive been casually looking for a winter vest online - I want something warm but not bulky, something that has some tailoring so its flattering, and is cut a little longer, not one that stops at the...
How hard of a keeper is your horse? Its October!!!!
I could understand really feeling the pinch in, say, January, but October???
What worked on a leather halter I just got was using olive oil on it first. Then I wiped it off with white vinegar. I'm not sure if I found the answer on here or did a google search, but I swear I...
They have a cookies and cream variety too now.
I live nowhere near a TJ's and I am so sad. I have to plan my trips when we are heading to the shore - that's the only time I am somewhat near one.
The nice thing is you are cruising out of FL. We left from Baltimore, which meant 2 days of just water. And we went in Jan. dumb on our part. We had fun but I think it was more to do with the fact...
What the heck is an eyelash fairy!?!?!
I have enough trouble remembering Santa, Easter Bunny....then came along that stupid shelf elf, now the leprechaun seems to be the "thing" to do.... its not...
We just cancelled ours. Honestly I'm going through some withdrawal. I'm a channel flipper and in my brain, I hate committing to one show.
But, I think in the long run I'll be happy.
I hate to say it, but eventually you have to face that a horse is probably going to be left alone at some point, and needs to deal with it.
I would do what a previous poster said. Lay a stall mat...
My guess is this is what is going through the leaser's head (which is still wrong)
"who the $%^^ does she think she is, she doesn't see her own horse for months and now I'm supposed to bow down? I...
She IS all about that bass. No treble.
Thank you for the compliments. I am so happy with how well they are getting along.
Just take it day by day.
I wanted to share a great update. DD has been riding quite often in addition to starting lessons at an outside barn.
I was so proud of them when she took her off lead the other day for a walk!...
I do. We are on virgin mobile and I have a 5.
I can relate to the guilt. Long story short our pony hurt herself in the pasture, and X-rays 2 days later revealed nothing, according to vet. Oddly enough, I was never charged for them and the clinic...
We had a pro out to spray and its done the trick. In years past I used to flush at least 10 a day.
It's hard but maybe start looking for the replacement now, to get everybody more excited for the next one and soften the blow.
Oh I get it. It sucks. But you'll feel so much better once you have something appropriate and be able to actually breathe and relax (as much as you can with a little one careening around on a horse)
