I think the best thing to do at this point is hire a lawyer. Poor horse, I'm sorry this happened to him. :( Hopefully he will surprise everyone and make a full recovery.

I bought my trailer on ebay and love it. Everything went great on the sale but you do need to be careful.
Ebay will only protect you if the trailer is titled also, so make sure they have the...
