I found BOSS without the bird cote, just plain seeds. No flax to be found anywhere. I have used Omega Horseshine so I guess I'll just stick with that.

A horse I used to ride was the same way. The better question is "What DOESN'T scare him?"

A pile of manure will cause my horse to try to scoot sideways, even if he was the one who left it a minute ago. Overall he's not really spooky.

My horses' stalls have mats plus fluffy bedding. I personally like how it feels but the horses are happy laying outside on hard dirt, soft grass, or in their nicely bedded stalls.
