Am I the only idiot who assumed that "clothes," by their very nature of being "clothing," blocked the sun?
This is new to me.
I think the mid rise Trophy Hunters are about the most flattering breeches that exist, especially if you're a little curvy (fluffy?). I bought three pairs in a 36 when I started back riding.
Ride in breeches, not jeans.
Other than that, just ride in the thing and take good care of it. Don't over condition it. Ride in it in the rain (just clean it right after). Sweat in it. USE it.
I thought I was the only one who ate Cow Tails...
It's not specifically excluded. Not mentioned at all one way or the other.
Bummer. I thought maybe it would qualify as "lameness."
Has anyone had experience getting tie back surgery covered under major medical?
Panning for Gold does sound quarter horsey to me. It sounds like a palomino QH.
The ridges in a gold panning pan or a shaker table or a sluice box that separate the gold from the other material.
There are lots of eq divisions used as warm ups. No one goes in them twice with two different horses. No one.
No confusion - just common sense.
(Just to clarify - of course I mean no one goes...
Yeah, but this is a trainer. Trainer should know it's not acceptable, no matter what the rules do or do not say...
Seriously? You would let BNJunior show in the eq finals on as many horses as she would like? That wouldn't make a difference?
You're so much nicer that I am, corgif...
Any time there's only a size or two left of something aren't they, by definition, the oddball sizes?
If you've ridden for 18 years, wouldn't you know that no one could answer your question with the information given?
If you have a horse who can jump a course of 6' fences (and has his changes, no less!) why do you need to ask if it can do the Grand Prixs? Isn't the answer yes, of course?
If it's not against the rules, then I suppose it's not against the rules.
Pretty asinine thing to allow, though. One would think common sense would prevail, but if USEF rules don't trump VHSA...
As always, COTH to the rescue. Eskies purchased and on their way. I have enough trouble already with sand in boots and the heat.
Thanks for the advice, peeps!
Does anyone remember something called "Jimmy's 20th Century" or some such?
My butt still has bruises.
Okay, not officially old school unless there was a hand-cut square of upholstery foam between that navajo and the flat saddle.
Eskadron vs T Boot Original. Discuss.
Looking for a good quality open front for less than $150 for schooling.
Currently using thinlines that I like but are beat to hell and just want something...
I love my red volants so much i intend to wear them if i ever step into the baby jumper ring again!
Lamplight is awesome! My favorite venue.
I miss old fashioned hammer heads. I suppose the new roller ball type spurs have taken over.
Was just a great shape with some oomph but no poke.
I thought Whistlejacket before even opening the thread!
Saw it in London and it's one of the few posters that I bought and kept and hung in my dorm room for years. It's HUGE.
