    I double dosed him by weight, with Equimax, because so many people have had great results with that. It's def. not sweat and slightly raised.

    Sounds like they are irritated from gnats and...

    Sounds like they are irritated from gnats and horse is scratching them which is why they are flaky. Use Swat in the ears and a fly mask with ears.
