I prefer to wear long pants, they seem to lessen the scratches/bruises a bit. Don't wear loose fitting, cotton tops.. They get very uncomfortable once they're wet and muddy! My outfit of choice is...
I did Dukan, and lost 15kg in about 3 months. I've since put it all back on, and more. I thought it was the greatest thing ever at the time, but it's just not sustainable.
