Just an update their isnt a tag on them I looked but I measured them

9in top to bottom and 8.5in side to side when layed flat. The middle velcro is off one of the boots but can be sewn back on.

I have a pair of Devon Aire Splint boots older used once. One of the boots the velcro came off the middle spot but I have the piece just needs to be sewn on again. Blue/black mix.
