I have a haffy cross that I bought for my DD. She was used for up down lessons and camps before we got her: Lovely, sweet, quiet pony...absolute torture for me to ride. I use small rowel spurs and...

Just leave alone and let it grow. If he has a little Mohawk it won't be that noticeable.

I was going to say "off with that mane!" until I saw Fancy That's pic, the mare is adorable and her turnout is lovely. If you can do a tight, well done running braid I think ponykins will be fine...

The IRH is much more oval than CO and GPA...if you've had COs and they fit well, the IRH may not work for you.

I have tiny, narrow feet and I ride in 4 1/4 irons. Most grown ups ride in 4 3/4!

These are awesome:yes: they hold up really well, don't stain like cotton breeches, and most importanly they dont show sweat. I have ridden in them for a couple summers, really love them.

Yes, please tell us about them already!!

This is so funny, I've seen it several time before and it still makes me laugh :)

We use 1 part white vinegar, 1 part Skin So Soft, 3 parts water in a spray bottle. Works best on mosquitos and gnats, not as effective on black stable flies.

I'm posting here rather than the horse care forum because I'm interested in responses from HJ peeps who frequently ship out for lessons, shows, clinics, etc. The EHV outbreaks worry me because I'm...
