I have two kids, 2 and 5. It's because I had kids I decided to focus more on my breeding program rather than myself riding. It's easy to give a youngster 5-10 minutes at a time rather than keeping a...
I have a coming two this June that decided to toe out. And move terribly :( Absolutely gobsmacked by it :(
My one mare last year went to 434 days.
Ugh. He was her 6th foal and she was always bang on 345 before.
I like to jump small fences these days because of my crappy knees. So to have the fun of showing at Ocala and only hitting 2-2'9"? Works for me. Safe, fun and I still get to jump without the scary...
I'm planning out my goals to achieve that :) I just turned 40 and have a lease on an FEI Pony who has shown to 4th and he is helping me get fit again. I can't show FEI pony, but I can show against...
Imported a colt last April. Was $8500 and that included the $2500 quarantine at Newburgh. Two weeks shy of his 2nd birthday ;)
I've added a video of Morning Glorys Ilyushin :)
Pics. Or he doesn't exist.

A friend has a lovely WB mare that she is debating breeding. Mare is a SOLID girl and I don't know much about the Trakhener lines she carries, any ideas?
Thanks so much!!!...
I am curious too how they deaden a mouth? I have used them in the past with lovely results....
I have sold 4 ponies this past year with the 5th being picked up next week. Granted I am not breeding WBs, but Connemara ponies and have been VERY happy with the homes that have purchased my...
Lol!!! Awesome :)
Hay net feeders are not supposed to be used with shod horses. We use them (all are barefoot here) and they work brilliantly.
I had a couple get rain rot this year. I'm convinced it's something in the ground.... The ponies in my front fields don't get it, only the ones who pasture out back. Only a couple times over the...
I evented in a Military and LOVED it.... Haven't found one wide enough to fit my ponies these days though. I was riding TBs with my Passier.
I have a simply lovely youngster by Its the Luck of the Irish (Flagmount King) out of a Connemara mare. :)
My stallion raised two of his own babies when they were weaned. Always very gentle and sweet with them :) He also adored my two little boys and would "whiffle" their heads/hair when they would come...
I've got an ID gelding that grew till 8. He's 17.3
I gelded my one boy and he's now in training as a children's hunter. His last colt is a stellar foal, so hopefully keep that line through him. Didn't freeze though.
