It looks like it might be an Irish Bank(?) in show jumping. It's similarly steep on the other side, and the horse is supposed to get to the top and then pitter-patter down part-way on the other side...
The baby fangs are like needles. The adult fangs are generally more substantial. The fangs come out around six months.
My vet uses the caveat that if they have their permanent teeth, they're old enough to spay. That usually happens around 6 months. I've never waited for the first heat. Their ignorance is my bliss.
