i think for the most part a lot of it is harmless it just causes a huge hole in the owners pocket!
you might consider making it a "group" instead of a "page" pages dont allow much interaction from others besides the person who starts it - a group allows all members to post, chat etc.

I believe there is a big difference between discussing and asking permission for.... in a partnership there should be open and honest dialog.... i also believe that as consenting adults folks can...

personally i wouldn't worry about it. just enjoy her and wait and see :) i think most will continue to grow til 5 or 6 in height and til 7 in girth.
OMG!!!! that poor horse! being driven like a piece of machinery! I wonder how long those poor back fetlocks will last being forced to not be picked up as the horse does a complete 360 on it!

I think that you should consider the conformation/pedigree etc of both horses and pick whichever would suit your mare better.
If you are looking to breed to a pony there are loads of boys out...
i don't understand the concern here? i grew up riding in the vineyards - they are not inherently more dangerous than any other place?
and why the concern about drinking?
all my horses over all my life (even the 3 month old filly!) have nickered/whinnied/galloped up/etc when they see/hear me/my car/my footsteps/whistle etc.
even the silent one - who whinnied...
