Hobo from Marguerite Henry's Mustang: Wild Spirit Of The West or San Domingo of San Domingo: The Medicine Hat Stallion or Rimrock of The Horse Whisperer.
Gotta love a good working western horse!

OH wow - wish I still had the THREE pages of rules printed out for all boarder's at my college's student barn. There were some good ones there...
I think I was responsible for 5 or 6 of...

A majority of the joint ill foals we get in at the hospital I work at undergo treatment in our Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy chamber. It helps immensely. I would look into it if its a possibility...but...

In addition to riding on the rail at a walk, jog, and lope, Western competitors also must do a pattern. This could be why scores seem so spread out. The second part of the competition is reining. ...

I had my filly barefoot in front with sliding plates in back...cost me $100. $150 when I shoe her all around.

At the clinic I work at, we do put foals on Adequan & Legend at times. However, it is mostly if they are on Baytril. I don't deal with the foals for very long, so can't tell you any results.

Horse? I don't see a horse...I see a wooly mammoth! Yeah...just a little bit hairy and whiskery with a long mane (cause she's a reiner)! But first show isn't until the end of March...so she's good...

I also did not watch the whole video. The only horse that might look "off" to those not familiar with the discipline would be the second horse...not engaged behind and diagonal pairs are off. But I...

This could happen no matter WHAT type of horse I'm riding. Helmet or no! The worst fall I've ever had was from a horse who was carrying his head in a "natural" position...which happened to be more...

I don't do dressage, so my apologies. However, that backs up my point even more. If horses are born doing piaffes and passages, doesn't a GOOD trainer just put some spit shine on them for the show...
-
They are both bred and trained to do that. Go visit the farm that stands Zips Chocolate Chip down in Texas. Those babies are low and slow from the day they are born. Good trainers just put the...

What will happen if any horse stumbles? Why does it make a difference if its a WP horse or a Rolex eventer?
-
The BAD trainers do this...don't believe it of the whole industry. It was big back in the early 90s...but the industry is moving way past that. Those horses are mostly bred to move with their heads...

I know of several top reiners (older, not futurity or derby age) that have fused hocks and do just fine with lead changes and the like. I know they are painful in the process of fusing - which is...
-
I smell something fishy...
And honestly - I have't ever heard of fused hocks being a bad thing and never heard of fused fetlocks (in a non-break scenario). They changed everything else with the...

I can't believe it took everyone's belly button so long to heal. Mine didn't take nearly that long. Was healed in a couple weeks TOPS...using Neosporin and Vitamin E - never had a problem with it...
-
Seller isn't reading this thread - we've sent it to her hoping to smack some smarts into her...it hasn't worked yet. I wish she would however...
As far as the check - she told EC she had a check...
