Maybe the vet had a medicated flea and tick shampoo? I know there are a bunch at the petstores, but not sure which is the best..

I'm in sort of the same situation with my 3 year old (skinny) boxer mutt... She doesn't eat her dry food well, but loves cheese and pretty much any other type of "human" food. She vomited up...

Bigger horses seem more difficult to fall off of when the rider is taller.. a bigger horse may also be more comfortable handling a taller/heavier rider who is a beginner = uncoordinated/unbalanced..

She's beautiful, i was curious if you were going to try to pass her off as a shepherd/husky or something. :) How old was she when you got her? Does your insurance cover her?

There is really no place to put her by herself, sectioned off with electric tape or otherwise?
And what would you trade her for... a horse of lesser quality with better herd manners?

I found it slightly annoying.. and I know what "pimp my ride" is.. i can understand it's appeal.. to the younger generation especially, but it was just annoying

My barn is a "horse garage"... he likes automotives and mechanics :)

I like Palladio for the best jumping technique. I think his babies have tidier front ends. I don't know how many do the jumpers, but he seems scopey enough to have my vote hands down.

I can't really see how that would make sense biologically. Aside from a better knowledge as time goes on on what type of stallion is needed to improve the mare.
