I made the choice to live 10 min from the horses, then commute 90 min one way to work in city. I'm at the barn several times a day, 7 days a week, but only in the city 5 days a week. Still brutal...
I don't think it's sudden at all... remember when she first came to the sport, like her first event on that chestnut horse that was a former jumper, and there was a big backlash on her bit set up on...
I like that chestnut calvary horse...needs to be my next dressage horse- nice clean changes :)
Keep the JC name and call her Matilda (my favorite Roald Dahl book as a kid, little brunette girl)
Tried it once, a lady recommended by a boarder. Went in as a skeptic, but also hoping for help with a specific issue.
Not a thing she told me was close to correct.
Ex racehorse, average mover at first, not...
My horse has done this more than once... treated like an abscess, soaking and wrapping with shoe off. Gave an Excede shot the second time and that seemed to speed it up. Expect 2-4 weeks off though.
I got a half size muck cart on wheels perfect for packing in the trailer for shows from Aldi!
They said Upper Level Dressage Prospect (which usually means FEI)...I think that's what has people a little uncomfortable. Add in a wonky hind end and issues with contact... Can't realistically see...
If you can score an 80 at Training level... you are probably showing first or second and not training level :)
Yes! I was able to switch out different browbands with it. Wanted an oversize browband but a horse sized bridle. And bling of my choosing :)

Judge at M with a 75% now...73% average.
The judge at M is missing the last 4 scores for Kasey when I look at the score sheet... maybe it will be rounded up when those are added in.
I'm only a little stitious ;)
Yes I think so. Tinne is often showing in Wellington.
The Dutch are complete... and dare I say, we might have a chance for Bronze? If Laura and Steffen are near the 77-78 range again, and the next score is 72-73 or higher (and Kasey did have a 75%...
Oh, the 4 year olds.
I had one that decided he no longer wanted to turn left. Looking back, I probably did push his work more than I should have, even though it was only 3-4 days a week of a...
What happened with Parzival? Showing retired halfway through?
I'm not pessimistic really, but I don't see how Lauren's fall was just "bad luck" as some are saying.
She didn't take a safer option late in the day after there was a lot of feedback, but took a...
It's a solid score. The winning scores will be upper 70s to low 80s most likely.
Can't watch at work... Where are the live scores?
!!!!!! Burton have a rail??? Can't see at work!!
You can't have sponsor names at the Olympics.
Hence Hale Bob, no Horseware :)
I got my co-workers to watch Valegro do the freestyle at the last Olympics.
Co-Worker: "Cool! So when does he get to jump the little white fences?"
Had to explain that was the dressage arena,...
