Hi everyone! Just wondering who all with be at Thermal this year. I'll be showing the first three weeks of the circuit. I believe I'll be doing the Low AO's on my hunter and the Adult Equitation and...
Equusport Customs are my favorite, beat all of the above hands down in my opinion. Can be very pricey though, with all the reins nearly spent around $900.
Does anyone know why there isn't going to be a larger Hunter Derby this year (the one held in the Grand Prix arena)? The prize list only has the 3'3" derbies every week.
I will be there weeks 1-3. I'll be showing one of my horses, Limo in the A/A hunters, another one, MacIntosh in the adult equitation/medals, and another horse in some little jumper classes.
All of those are adorable! I love the mini foal!
I used to have a saddlebred mare (my mom rides her in dressage now) and I actually worked on jumping her, and she did it, but didn't like doing it. I feel like that breed isn't really built for...
Our barn is heading down this week to school/exercise the horses because it's been pouring here lately. So our barn will be there Week 1, but we are actually showing Weeks 2 and 3. And then again 5...
Oh I'm glad! Last year the entries were pretty slim.
Has anyone heard anything new about the facilities this year? It seems each year they improve on a few things.
I love tredsteps, they look great and hold up very nicely.
I'm glad you liked him! He's a great boy :) Were you trying him, or just helping Robyn out?
Hey, maybe? He's a dark bay, about 16.2 hands. He's 7 years old, was with Don Stewart and then Karen Healey.
That's horrible :( My mare was from him, didn't know him personally though.
I am going weeks 2 and 3, and weeks 5 and 6 :) I am taking my hunter Limo in either the younger A/A's or the Low A/O's, and then my equitation horse Newcastle in all of the 3'3" eq and medals. I...
She's gorgeous! That's awesome :) Good luck with her, and have fun!
I have a Canon 50D and I love it. :)
3Dogs, I LOVE your photos. Gorgeous :)
I also highly recommend Connie Stevens.
I just want to chime in that I think your pony is adorable! :)
I LOVE my Tredsteps, and almost everyone I have known who has them swears by them. I think they are some of the best off the rack half chaps.
bridle- equisport custom and antares... and some other random assorted schooling ones
girth- jimmy's, professional choice, antares, edgewood
martingale- antares and equisport custom...
I know my trainer bought a pair from them. I believe she got the cheaper $1300 ones, not the $1800 ones. She loves them, and they are gorgeous. Not sure about the durability though since she's only...
We are going week 3; we were going to do another week but there simply is not enough interest in our barn.
