Trainer went birdwatching last week: \o>/, so I haven't ridden in 2 weeks. It's the end of the semester \_/ (a book?--that's hard to illustrate), so I'm of course tense and stressed out. Trainer...
The rather unceremonious end to my lesson tonight:
What's that ahead?
Grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area (East Bay)
Spent 4 years in college on the Main Line, Pennsylvania (outside of Philadelphia)

I got a great bath screen-capture, but don't have a photo account to post it with. :( Congratulations!
So I somehow managed to exceed my alotted bandwidth this week between Suerte and Africam...and just had to take a "quiz" about acceptable use policies in order to restore my access. No questions...
(trainer's note: jumping form needs massive improvement.)
Elephants on Africam!
Suerte's in the opposite corner...hmmm  (just the window and means absolutely nothing besides let me out, I presume)
Giraffes! and lots more antelope (?) thingys. And Zebras!
she's up! can those legs get any wider apart?
per the Marestare board, a filly
In addition to Horse Heaven and A Year at the Races, Jane Smiley's Barn Blind is also very good.
love the colt sign!

Beauty is by Bill Wallace :)
All of Jane Smiley's horse books: Barn Blind (fiction), Horse Heaven (fiction) and A Year at the Races (non-fiction).
But for pure nostalgia, A Very Young Rider and Black Beauty.
