They announced quite early in the coverage that it's Gina Miles :)

What about Grand Prix themselves? They make a nice soft shell. It's a bit on the expensive side, but it's a lovely coat. I got mine from Farm House... If I recall correctly, I think Greenhawk or...

I have one. I got it about a month ago as a replacement for a Tipp Sportage I fell and bonked my head in, and I like this helmet a lot. If I need to replace it for whatever reason, at this point I...

No, it's not too late. I know of several riders who are still looking for a lease situation this year, or who have had something happen where suddenly they need a horse.
I don't know that the 1/3...

It's 8 now? I thought it was 7. Peeled home from the barn early and everything!
Oh well, thanks for posting that - at least I know I'm not going crazy!

I've done quite a few dye jobs for sunbleached tails and the results are just wonderful! Definitely make sure you get the "natural" black though... no good having a tail with blue or purple tints.

In order,
I do take magnesium every night. So useful! Love it. This started after I'd been taking magnesium for quite awhile, though. I also take an all-vitamin, but will add in some vitamin B.

Was just going to suggest this. I wear this coat in the Equitation sometimes. It's a nice coat, and a great price point!

If I'm petrified and thinking "well gee I'll just take the easy route, you know, no use going too fast or making the turns too crazy" before a Speed round or a jumpoff, I channel Eric Lamaze and go...

Lately I've been getting the worst cramp in my right calf when I ride. Generally, it develops at the canter while I'm in half seat, but will occasionally happen while I'm posting, too. It's bad...

I board where two lessons per week are included. If I don't use the lessons, and there are times I don't, then I can either roll those into having the pro hop on and tool around on the horse (who...

I had a Grand Prix softshell taken in about 2 1/2 sizes last year. It was like a parachute. The place I had tailor it down was used to doing riding coats and mens' coats and did a reasonably decent...

It really isn't about the height, as already mentioned. Mine needed it at 2'9". Yes, really.
(Of course, he jumps 2'9" like it's 3'6", which doesn't help.)

I'm in Canada and when I actually need enough stuff to cover shipping, I'll order from them. I'm vaguely convinced they increased the amount of stuff you need to buy to get free shipping to Canada...

Ugh, yes. I didn't stop for very long, but was down to riding once or twice a week for about two years, and the four or five months on top of that really took a toll. By the time I started up...

It might just be the angle of the picture, so take it with a grain of salt, but in the picture you posted of you riding in it, the saddle really looks like it's dipped down in front and moved back...

I have a horse allergic to what seems to be everything but leather and fleece, so by necessity the boots he wears are either fleece lined or leather. At home he wears Eskadron fleece lined open...

Agree on the Ariat sizing being weird, even in the same cut. I have one pair of Pro Circuits that practically cut off my circulation and another pair that is almost a little bit large. Arrgh. Love...

When I came from the Land of the Show Bun, where hairspray and the biggest bun you could stand to create were The Thing To Do, this is how I learned how to do hairnets:...

It depends on how well known he/she is. I can't think of too many h/j trainers - at least in my area of Ontario - that actually travel, since most, if not all, are based out of a certain barn.

Ha.. I have a Delgrange and the leather on my Eros matches the saddle just about perfectly.
The Antares is *beautiful* and I really liked it, but it fit my horse very strangely (kind of like their...

Loving the CoolMax option. Still not very convinced of how the front zip will look on me - probably awful - but maybe worth a shot. The charcoal option is very pretty.

Dishes.
There are few things in life I truly hate. That? Is one of them.

I've seen both, had the option to buy the Starman immediately but opted to wait for the Eros. The Eros is square raised and the stitching is slightly different (the stitching accents the square bit...

I have the Eros and love it. It's unbelievably pretty. The flash attachment does come off - that's the beauty of it. I use it in both hunters and jumpers.
Photo of it on my horse dressed up as...
