I apparently like to be different. My pain was never in my groin but rather on the top of my hip (like if you put your hands on your hips, right in between your thumb and pointer finger). Supposedly...
For your information, labrum WILL NOT heal on their own, nor can you strengthen cartilage with physical therapy. However, leaving torn labrum not only can cause daily, crippling pain, but...
Hah, never even occured to me! Though I did sleep in a recliner for weeks after the surgeries, just because it was more comfortable.
Awesome news!!! Pain doing better?
I hate to tell you that what you're describing sounds very familiar. I even did the ignore it and take aleve for months, if not more.
What is it with us and our labrum?!
I had LASIK done in November 2002 and still LOVE IT! I'm 20/15 and 20/20 and have had zero problems. One of the best decisions I ever made....
A week from today! :D
I'll talk with my friend about renting a car and see what she thinks. I'd really like to do the national park now.

I always encourage the folks to at least *try* cooking something--they all do and it adds to the fun. :)
Careful not to get cocky and push it too much. Ask me how I know. ;)
What a great idea! I may have to steal it. :D
Hummm, what would be a good name for that one (since I already have an annual Friendsgiving)? Fakesgiving?? Springsgiving?

The only reason I know is because my surgeon commented that I have "extraordinarily tight muscles" and I asked him why he said that.
Funny that for the second surgery, there was a pool on how much...
OHHH, definitely check in after your trip!!
OH wow, I'm sorry, that sounds like it totally sucks!! It's an awful feeling too to know something's wrong and not be able to fix it.
Have you read about other people with that same problem? Any...
Yah, my problem is the opposite--I can generally fall asleep, I just can't stay asleep.
Last night my 1.5 hours was on ambien. :sigh:
I do the black out shades. And the white noise. And the...
That's interesting re: the incisions! And so awesome that your pain is so minimal!
Did they tell you how many pounds of pressure it took to pop your leg out of joint? My surgeon told me an...
Awh, BigEq, welcome to the club! :)
