The WD hitch is only going to distribute the weight from the hitch to the front of the vehicle. It is not going to increase any hard number you have for your tow vehicle. The 6000 lbs is still...

I have the equalizer hitch on my set up (1/2 ton with 3200lb empty trailer). Like it a lot. Can drive at highway speeds and get passed by numerous trucks with little to no sway. Before setup not...

    LBJ

Absolutely loved the Grasslands. No longer live near there but sure wish I did. Sandy wide trails. Don't recall eating to many spiderwebs as seems the norm for some of the other trails in TX. We...

I second the fans from qc suppy. Have them and love them. In high speed they throw some pretty serious air. Usually on medium it is plenty. Mounted up on ceiling and out of the way.

  8. Rushing

We parked the trailer with the back ramp backing...

    2Jakes,

From what I understand the 8500 is almost the same as the old sportage. In the mushroom 8000 I would need a XL. In the 8500 I would need a L. They don't even offer a XL in the 8500 to...

I wear a L in the Troxel, and just tried a L in the new Tipp. Sent the Tipp back as I have a rounder head and it didn't fit well. Ended up going with the Chuck Owens this time around. Just another...
