I always try to use hook/stud on my dressage bridles and buckles on my jumping bridles.
I think hook/stud have a tidier over all appearance and I like having less hardware around the horses lovely...
Aren't there some studies hidden away somewhere saying that weight bearing on the young horses is actually productive to long term soundness? Helps build bone density as we all know.

For shows I'll use Jacks boots

embrace the pain. Don't be afraid of it and don't try to get rid of it.
Now, the pain is your final connection.

Also, sigh, pasture pets should be fat and happy.
His body condition could use an increase.

I'm confused.. why don't you order the same saddle you test drive?
The prestige website shows the flap options I believe...
The Albion Original Comfort has a 4" twist.
It was the first dressage saddle I owned. I thought I loved it.
Well I did, on my small moving Arab Quarter horse.
When I upgraded horses I had to...
He stood up quite high...
His hocks are on the straight side... Hard to tell if he'll be hard to get through enough for the dresssge
So pretty. But very expensive and you have to water the crap out of those bushes until they are established. And then prune often.
One side of our arena sides with the hick neighbors property. My...
I supplement with taurine.
And I use ice cube portions.
I weighed out his portions according to the weight ratio on the website.
He still gets Greenies too. Crunchies for teeth.
Mustard all the way. Wish they had a video.
He has a pedigree I love.
The first gelding looks odd behind. Short on the white hind. Our maybe just a hip drop.
I don't like the way the 3rd...
