Sat in a Porto something and loved it! Unfortunately horse's massive shoulders didn't like it so much!
If you do decide to go the sheepskin route, I have a new pair of Amerigos that are sitting, unused, in my closet due to no more jumping.
Does anyone not like the wides? I had one in my hands the other day, beautiful leather, and I just... couldn't. Are wides back to stay?
I guess I have reached the age and weight where I am like screw it, loom at my pudgy if you want ;)
Triangle Equestrians group on facebook. Tons of listing on there. Happy hunting!
Phaxxton - what did you go with for base layers, subbase, etc? Thx!
Ah! Thanks!!! Yes, I may be up there next week! Those folks were very nice when I was up there a few years back, if I remember correctly!
Unfortunately trip will be all business - Just need to get to a tack store, replace all of my stuff at once, and go home. Love CB in SoPines, but they don't stock everything I need, so was thinking...
I need to replace quite a few things. Would love to give the business to local tack shops. However, need a good selection.

That coat looks nice on! That fence, that horse though - awesome!
A lot of my older stuff that I had and liked they don't make any more, so have to roll with the times I guess :(
Stormy Day - That's awesome! The few times I went I felt like I just sat at the tables in the tent and ate the whole time, while admiring the big dogs... I have a new goal now, thank you!
I almost didn't post the thread, but then figured wth... I do miss the shopping in FL!
Winning at WEF... I think if I was that good, I would ride naked. Horse too, LOL.
My riding will never be good enough to really matter 'who I am wearing' - trust me! I do like to read the menu, though!
Haha, I figured it would take two!
Was PMd a name and number, called, but no return call.
Anyone have alternate contact for CWD rep for NC/SC area?
Edited to add: Yes, looked at their website and called that number too :)
Any cool findings from the winter circuits? What's in? What's not?
Any new products on the market that are worthwhile?
Any old lines loosing their favor?
For example, a few years back, I...
Yes, sorry if I wasn't clear. I am set on the "english chin".
Just wondering if the brass piece being more square, and not a circle had any advantage. :)
Go to NOVA Equestrians on Facebook.... a few barns have openings on there... Good luck up there, the traffic is.... soul crushing!
Just curious for future - any advantage to the square chin brass?
I hate a throat snap, so I am good there. I guess I didn't notice the square chin ring.... I prefer the round. Also prefer an english chin.
I am not a fan of the swirly stitching on the...
I feed Tribute Pellets, Solutions 10. When I feed pellets, I always soak.
Thanks Dubarry, those do look good! I am finally getting to replace some of my things since the fire, but I am realizing that some things are just not made anymore :( or they are not made like they...
