    we just walk....since the horses are both gaited...

    we just walk....since the horses are both gaited it's a FAST walk - 4 - 5 mph - but we keep it to walks.

    I put them under the flap also. I feel like I get a little extra leg support that way. Plus they don't scratch the flaps up.

    I use bow balance stirrups.
