Right now, my own personal quest is to build strength, especially in my arms and shoulders.
Strength is not my strong suit. I'm a naturally scrawny weakling. I'm working with the Power Wheel more often and also doing push-ups and isolated lifts for my lower lats because my swim workouts focus too much on the upper lats. I'm getting used to feeling like my arms are on fire but I'm still believing that the pain will ease up as I improve.
