we had that braised beef thing i wanted to make the other day.

I had a bowl with about 1/3 can of black eye peas, of course, one small tomato, a handful of green olives, a small can of low sodium V8, a small can of tuna fish, some italian dressing and that made a great New Years meal.
Drink water and don't like sweets, so that I have never missed.
