A very nice man on a brave horse marched straight up to the bull, who we presumed was challenging us because we were messing around his herd, and stood face to face with him until he stopped and we were all safely through the gate. Dior was very brave and didn't run away from the cows. She even led the way across a wooden bridge. Except for some hesitation at a muddy stream crossing, she willingly and boldly went everywhere. With help from some others, I did get her across all the streams. Deer running straight at us, and a reversal of the first field she pretty much took in stride. No problems with the hounds. Will probably go again this week. Definitely much more interesting for the horses than dressage work...
