I notice they don't have an active rider on the panel. Even the FEI puts riders on their committees. I would think that Phillip Dutton would a good addition. As would Chris Kappler. The active pro riders groups should be represented.
I guess Anne Kursinski is an active rider. An over the hill one, but still active.
Then you ask another. I would be surprised if significant effort was made to reach out. In the corporate world it is widely known that a diverse board and diverse committees are assets to the company and needed to bring fresh ideas. This committee is not diverse enough.
