New York Times: Dressage Riders Embrace Helmets, to a Point

Interesting to see it profiled in the NYT and to see the reaction of different riders/trainers. Liked Lendon Gray's comment that “I know people personally who feel a certain relief that they now have permission to wear a helmet”

Wonder what the trickle-down effect will be? Then again, I ride at a dressage barn that must be weird, because just about everyone wears helmets.
