I can't always type a reply! It's as if my keyboard is not being read. As you see, it doesn't happen all the time ;) any ideas? Computer Geek husband says it's not on our end.

Need MUCH more info in order to be able to help you. What do you mean "keyboard is not being read"? What exactly happens?

What OS and browser are you using? Have you tried using a different browser?

Once in a while I have this problem. Try checking the cord from your keyboard into the modem--make sure it's secure.

Ok.. let's see.

What happens is, I hit reply. It pulls up the reply screen and gives me a cursor. But I cannot type anything. The only thing I can do is exit.

It does not happen all the time. I cannot find any pattern.

Microsoft and Firefox. I have not tried a different browser but I will. Worked fine before the change tho'...
