My PM box is indicating that it's 98% full. I'll need to delete if there is to be room for any incoming PMs.

Happy to! But, if there are only 3 message listed there, where are all these other messages located that supposedly are filling up the PM box? I can't find them, so I can't delete them. And, I don't want to delete everything in my in box. I want to see each message and delete selectively.

help.

You probably need to clean out your Sent PMs box. When you're in your PMs, find the pull-down menu near the top and select "sent items".

If I want to selectively delete PMs, can I do that without opening each one individually (takes ages, with dial-up!)?

I see the check boxes down the right hand side of the screen. I would think that I could check the appropriate messages and then press "delete" somewhere, but I see no such option.

Am I missing something? It seems like that would be what the check boxes are FOR.

Please help . . . I'm 98% full and need to thin my inbox!

After you check the ones to delete, go to the bottom of that column and there is a drop down menu next to "selected messages:" Choose "delete" from the drop down menu and press the "Go" button next to it.
