Well, I bought my new girl a saddle without REALLY having the funds to do so AND I need to buy books for the next semester, so it's really time to sell this one. Bought it for my old man, and we had to retire him two days later, so it's still brand new :mad: :lol:
M. Toulouse Genero close contact saddle. Medium tree, 17 seat, dark havana.
Specs:
* French calfskin leather
* Designed by Marcel Toulouse, Master Saddler in France - former saddler at the Pessoa factory
* Hand laminated beechwood, steel reinforced tree with stainless steel stirrup bar.
* Ten year guarantee.
* Featuring Comfort Fit Panel (foam with wool).
* Soft, air cushioned kneepads for comfort and grip.
* Adjusta-block movable knee block system.
* Ultra soft comfortable anatomically shaped seat to provide better support for the rider and center the weight properly.
* Absolutely correct balance.
* Effective knee roll.
* Each saddle is made to exacting specifications by one of the worlds leading saddle makers.
* Classically designed to meet all the demands of the horse and rider.
Includes matching Toulouse leathers, 50-inch Toulouse shaped leather girth with elastic on both ends and Patagonia velcro fleece, and irons (paid $1150 for all), and a Toulouse saddle cover. Extremely comfortable, and very comparable to the Pessoa line. I could ride in this saddle all day, but unfortunately it doesn't come close to fitting my new horse. Everything has only been tried on a horse once, and all is A-circuit show quality.
