You need to buy a premium membership in order to directly attach photos to your posts.

But you can always put your photos on a site such as Webshots, Photobucket, or Yahoo Photos and link to them.

By premium membership do you mean having a subscription to the Chronicle magazine? I do receive the Chronicle in the mail each week.

No, there is a seperate membership for the boards. You can sign up for it in your User CP under "Paid Subscriptions"
